Paid plans are billed in advance via Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record, on the billing cycle you choose at checkout (monthly, quarterly, or annual). Paddle handles payment collection, tax, invoicing, and refunds. There is no long-term contract and no lock-in — you can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us.
Cancelling stops all future billing. It does not automatically refund the billing period you are currently in — your plan stays active until the end of that period, and your API key keeps working until then.
Contact contact@savetoken.org within 7 days of a charge if:
We review each request individually and, where the request is justified, refund at our discretion — in full or pro-rated to the affected portion of the period.
Outside the circumstances in section 3, fees for a billing period that has already started are non-refundable. In particular, a change of mind after the period has begun, or low usage of the Service during a period you paid for, does not by itself qualify for a refund. The free tier (100 calls/day) exists so you can evaluate the Service before paying.
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method. The time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days. Any taxes collected are refunded together with the fee.
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account and API keys being suspended.
We may update this policy; the version in effect at the time of your charge applies to that charge.
